This home resides in beautiful Bellevue, WA, USA. It is an exquisite expression of contemporary style blending unique lines and bold design to create a refuge for those who crave pleasing aesthetics and eye-catching spaces. The exterior offers a handsome, grayscale facade — expertly-crafted siding is grounded by stone columns, while white trim surrounds the many windows. Upon entry, a welcoming floor plan opens up to greet you with dozens of tall windows and awe-worthy vaulted ceilings.

The Palermo B was built for a family who wants space for entertaining and gathering, but could also easily retreat to a private sanctuary. The Bellevue location is known for its school districts so education is important and the home is just minutes away from downtown Bellevue.

We are always inspired by the Pacific NW when designing our homes. We wanted a neutral color palette that would be timeless for this transitional, craftsman design. Mixing gray painted siding with gray stained shingles created warmth and let the cedar entry beams shine.

When this home was put on the market, it sold in just a few weeks. People really enjoyed the endless amounts of windows for letting in natural light and the selections put in the home such as counters and hardwoods. The only objection was how close it was to a major highway.
