The 11,000 sq ft California Headquarters for Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Development was constructed in 2017 in Beverly Hills, CA. The office space is a classic, timeless architectural interior to reflect the national identity and brand of Douglas Elliman.

The commercial space was created for Douglas Elliman as a California headquarters. The office is designed to maintain a strong connection to the community; the space and activity contained within are visible from the courtyard and from the street. An architectural staircase acts as a bold deign feature that unites the two levels.

Douglas Elliman California Headquarters was designed to reflect the national identity and brand of Douglas Elliman and the regional qualities of California. Attention to detail and a commitment to sustainability play a prominent role in the design of the 21st century office environment.

Douglas Ellilman California Headquarters was awarded a Los Angeles Architecture Award from the Los Angeles Business Council, and was nominated for a Calibre Award from the International Interior Design Association. The office space was also featured by Interior Design Magazine.
